PACKING for returns.
1. Insert invoice or number and instructions into the package.
2. Shoe boxes must go into a outside box or bag.
3. Print your pre-paid shipping label and affix it so past labels don't show
In-store credit only. No refunds.
All Sale items are final & non-returnable.
Items (and shoe boxes) must be returned in the same condition they were received and must be unworn.
If returning shoes, use another box or shipping bag over the shoe box.
DO NOT SHIP BACK SHOES IN JUST THE SHOE BOX.
We have the right to refuse a return or exchange or apply a 25% restocking fee if deemed necessary.
Items received past return date will be donated to charity 😇

SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship Monday-Friday and strive to get your order out within 24 hours on weekdays. All packages are sent USPS, and are subject to their delays. We currently ship for a flat $4.99.
If you buy Re!DO shipping insurance for $1.98 at time of purchase, shipping for returns will be free! If not, return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.

If you purchased Re!Do return insurance for $1.98, your returns will be FREE!
If not, you will be able to buy and print your return label right there.
2025 Holiday Return Policy
We understand that many people are shopping for gifts for the holidays, so we are happy to provide an extended holiday return policy for orders placed between November 21, 2025 and December 24, 2025.
If you placed your order between these two days, you will have the ability to return product until January 15th, 2026. All other policies and requirements from our return policy still apply.
